Terms of Service

Last updated 24 Oct 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use any Shreem AI service. Shreem AI is the trading name of Rajat Pedhadia, a sole trader (ABN 83 771 682 937), based in India and serving businesses in Australia and New Zealand ("Shreem AI", "we", "us"). By placing an order or paying an invoice you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We set up and run automation services for businesses, including Cash-Flow Autopilot (automated invoice reminders), Practice Autopilot (document chasing, filing and deadline reminders for accounting firms) and Missed-Call Text-Back. The features of each plan are described on our pricing page. Work outside a plan's scope is quoted separately in writing.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST, which is added where it applies. New Zealand customers are charged the same numbers in NZD. One-off setup fees are payable before setup starts. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month; annual plans are billed upfront at the price of 10 months. Third-party usage costs such as SMS or WhatsApp messages are passed on at cost. If a payment is more than 14 days overdue we may pause the service until it is paid.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to give us access to the accounts and data you connect (for example Xero or MYOB), and you are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, contact lists and message wording you approve. You must use the services lawfully, including spam and privacy laws, and only message people you are allowed to contact.

4. Approvals

Message templates are approved by you before they go live. You can change or switch off any reminder at any time.

5. Third-party services

Our services connect to tools run by others (such as Xero, MYOB, email, SMS and WhatsApp providers). We are not responsible for their outages, changes or terms, which also apply to your use of them.

6. Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Liability

We provide the services with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where those laws apply. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profits. We do not guarantee that any customer will pay you.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of price changes affecting an active plan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Australian law, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
